Peggy is a 6 year old mixed breed little girl looking for her forever home. She is currently fostering in West Sussex with 3 other female dogs and 4 cats. Available for adoption further afield in uk if apllicant willing to travel. Peggy is incredibly affectionate and adores all people including the little children she has met. She is confident outgoing playful and great with all other dogs and cats. She can be homed as an only dog or with others. Peggy really enjoys her walks and she walks beautifully. We are looking for a loving home for her who is also dog experienced as she can be quite the escape artist. She's quick through doors and has been known to exit through a window so important her adopter is safety conscious and preferably has a porch or back utility room etc for safety....the "air lock" as I call it when doors opened. Poor little Arnold was dumped on the streets of Bucharest

Poor little Arnold was dumped on the streets of Bucharest and thankfully was found by a lovely Romanian who asked us to take him. We found out why as he has dysplasia and he is being treated with hydrotherapy and hopefully will avoid an operation. We have raised so far £200 but still need to raise need to raise a massive £300 approx. but this is for his treatment and prep and travel to the UK and we want to get him here before the harsh winter comes. Lovely Rocky is waiting for his forever home

This is the lovely Rocky, he was taken by his owner to be put to sleep by the vet. We were asked to take him and he went to foster in London. He had some behavioural issues but the foster has worked very well with him and he has turned out to be a lovely dog and a joy to have around. I have had him with me for a week or so and he was lovely. He is generally good with dogs though doesn't seem to like German Shepherds and has taken been told off by female dogs (mostly my Mabel) very well and just turns his head away so could be homed with a female dog who am sure would boss him around. He loves walks and is good on the lead, clean in the house. A typical staffie that loves playing ball but not good with cats and have to say no children as he did come to rescue with issues. He is definitely ready for his forever home now and will make someone a really nice pet, he loves to be with his human. Please share for him

Olive from Romania update

Who remembers old Olive from Romania. She came to the UK in 2015 and we didn't realise she was so old until she got here, not that that would have made any difference. She was estimated to be 13 years old and needed 15 teeth extracted and had a few lumps and bumps here and there. I really thought I would have to adopt her myself as who would want a 13 year old, practically toothless dog. BUT there was a ton of applications for her and she bagged herself a fab home in Surrey and got a great retirement home. I hadn't heard anything of her for a couple of years and tentatively messaged the adopters thinking she was had probably gone to the rainbow bridge. BUT NO she is still here and still running around like a pup and here she is in her fav position. She must be around 16 years old now, am so happy for this old girl

Nora needs a forever home

Some of you who have followed the rescue for years may remember Nora. She was hand reared by Luiza Mataca in Romania from a tiny pup. I drove her to the UK myself. After a few months of fostering (I saw her alot in the time she fostered close to me), she found her adoptive home where she has been for 3.5 years until recently.

Nora has come back into rescue and is now in emergency boarding with the lovely Alison Clark but needs a true forever home.

Nora is 5 years old, spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. She is looking for a home where she can be the centre of attention preferably as an only dog. She is active but not high energy and has always loved her walks and socialising on walks. She is incredibly loving and affectionate but can be a little nervous of new people. However, she soon makes friends.

Patsy is now well enough to travel to the UK and needs your help!

So this is beautiful Patsy, she was booked on a transport before Eurotunnel put in their 20 dogs rule but then she couldn't travel as she developed a cough. Welcome to the Uk Logan

Logan arrived to foster with our fab, experienced fosterer Loraine yesterday. He's settled well and so far is clean in the house, good with the other 3 dogs she has (all from us!) and so far so good with the cats! He is very affectionate and nuzzles for cuddles.

Thankyou to everyone who donated last week for his transport to the UK and also to the ever kind Cristian for getting him to the transport meeting point and not charging the 30 euros fuel used...his internal transport in Romania was a donation.

After a Few weeks of assessment and Logan will soon be looking for his forever home.

Can you help Logan come to the UK?

This lovely lad is Logan. Pulled from death row in the public shelter. His chance has arrived his time has come! He's booked to travel to our wonderful experienced fosterer Loraine on 26th July. His transport therefore needs to be paid by this weekend to travel and we need to pay off his remaining prep costs total £200.

Two pups need fosters urgently

Here are our three pups from #Danyflor These amazing survivors of Danyflor shelter were seized by the RSPCA in a raid months ago, they are now FREE to be handed to their rescuer....at that time months ago they had foster homes lined up, but now those foster homes have other dogs which is fabulous....BUT these amazing dogs have been through enough....can anyone offer a foster placement for one of these sweet and loving dogs? ....time they felt green grass, fresh air and LOVE <3If anyone could help with foster for any of them would be really grateful as t only Freya has a foster. Ok we called him Albi he looks like a boy he's very inquisitive always tapping on his Viv to come out he's very fast and loves to be out loves it in the garden very greedy did a perfect shed and super friendly but has tried to nip me twice so I'd say experience d not first time snake owner don't know if I'd put the nipping down as it wasn't a strike sort of nip and I caught him before he did it he likes to hug Ur arm then open his mouth as if he's going to eat u 🤪🤪but he's lovely the kids love him X so say older kids if poss so he's not getting grabbed about and fingers crossed find him a home X

Super Dash finds his Forever home

We could not be happier to tell you that lovely Super Dash has been adopted this morning and he is going to live in Devon with her two beautiful dogs and we are so so pleased for him and for his new family. We think he looks amazing next to his two new big brothers and he is going to have an awesome life doing agility!! Good luck Dash you sooooo deserve this! We will miss you xxxx
