Look at Tia! Living her best Life!

Look at Tia! Living her best Life!

It's always so lovely to hear how our rescues are getting on, when we remember where they have come from, it really warms the heart.

"Well we’ve had our gorgeous girl for over a year now and she’s made herself very much at home 😂. Having lost her first little friend, our daughters little Westleton, over the rainbow bridge last June she now has a new friend in Alani. Alani is also a rescue from Romania and although it’s taken her a lot longer to settle than Tia she is slowly gaining confidence. They are the best of friends and full of mischief and make us smile everyday. Tia has brought the sunshine into our lives 😊😊#rescueismyfavoritebreed #rommierescue #happyeverafter #sundaybrunch

Ruby is now ready for her forever home !

Meet Ruby, age 4 mixed breed from Romania (medium - small), currently fostered in Devon

🐕Ruby is a sweet and calm dog. She is not aggressive and good with other dogs and older children. Ruby adores woman, and feels very comfortable and confident around them. She loves playing with women and dogs. It is clear that Ruby has had a traumatic past as she is scared and anxious around men. For this reason, Ruby would best be adopted to a female owner, or a family with other dogs so Ruby can learn to become confident with men through the example of other dogs. She is well-natured, loyal, and big-hearted. She's just waiting for a patient owner to give her a second chance at happiness ♥️ She is fostered on Devon.

HELP Foster pulled out leaving this bonded pair without anywhere to go

HELP Foster pulled out leaving this bonded pair without anywhere to go. If you are in UK and able to help with that or their travel funds see screenshot. They need secure garden 6ft fence and probably child free home as history unknown. This is Hansel and Gretel, these little things were in Pallady the infamous Romanian public shelter. They could travel to the UK on the 9th but there are two issues. Firstly I thought they had a foster offer and the foster was fixing their fence but now been told it's not happening and secondly the funds need to be raised, £200 each for transport and £60 each for passport and prep. They need to stay together as are bonded, Please PM if you can help and if you can donate a bit to help them please paypal www.paypal.me/AAInt and Mark Hansel and Gretel please share Thank you #fostersaveslives #AdoptDontShop

EMERGENCY APPEAL for Anca Pups

So little Bibi of the Anca pups is fully funded and is on the magic bus tomorrow. Can we make the same happen for little Mika, would love to get two of them on. For those that dont know their story they were found with parvo in rural Romania when Anca was visiting her Mum. She was on furlough and stayed to look after the injured Mum and four pups but can be called back at any time. We went over on Bibi's funding by £25 so we need to raise £175 to get her on the transport. Please share for Mika and if you can donate a little please paypal www.paypal.me/AAInt and mark for Mika thank you.

Eddie Murphy

My name is Eddie Murphy, named after my hero and black and proud although am told black dogs dont get much help. I am hoping to hitch a ride to the UK on the 16th, sadly to kennels unless a foster offer comes up ( I am young and sweet) but also am told I needs funds. Approx £250 needing for transport and blood tests, passport was covered by a lovely lady. If you can help me get on that bus before Brexit I would be very very happy. ADOPTED Can you foster or adopt Cassie?

I am an old lady called Cassie, am not sure why my owner dumped me in a public shelter because I loved him and I think I was a good dog. Did he die maybe? Or did he just get bored of me? I am a bit quiet and not a bundle of fun like a puppy but I have a true heart and give lots of love to my carers. I hope I am not too boring now and that no one will adopt me. All I want is a sofa and to escape Romania and the shelter before this Brexit thing that people keep talking about that will maybe stop me finding a home and I might have to stay here forever. Is there anyone that will foster me, I am fully funded to travel am told and just need that sofa offer. please share for me Please Email to Niz Khan. At Animaladoptioninternational@yahoo.com

Could you adopt gentle Rosie?

Rosie Posy’s gentle soul shines through her nervousness and fear. She's a glossy, long legged beauty who will be very loyal once you understand her and gain her trust. Given a caring, compassionate home she will make a wonderful companion. She is still a work in progress but perfect for those looking to build a strong bond through training, consistency, patience and a sense of humour. Rosie is capable of giving years of joy; she has already mastered the enthusiastic ‘welcome home dance’. She loves to be a couch potato now she has somewhere comfy to practice the art, she enjoys playing having learnt how great it can be and she is open to bribery and corruption when needed with the right food incentive (Edam please).
So far Rosie has somewhat overcome her incredible fear and hard background to learn many things, some basic commands including ‘wait’, ‘off’, ‘up’, ‘come here’, etc. and some tricks like giving paw, stand and touch. However, despite her brilliance, I suspect she may always be of a nervous disposition...the hoover is never going to be a friend. She hasn’t mastered 'sit' yet as she doesn’t naturally do it often, I think being quite long legged it’s not a comfortable position for her so I haven’t pushed it. She is now house-trained and will let you know in a very subtle way when she needs to go, although it’s not often...I think she's part camel frankly. She will need to be given plenty of time to settle in a new place and to learn what you want from her, but she’s smart and will have you dancing to her tune very quickly.

She does shed but will now tolerate (secretly enjoys) being brushed for a while. Her pleasures now include having her ears scratched, her tummy rubbed and food. She had a rather sensitive stomach but is ok now she has mostly raw food (not the bought mince type like nutriment though). I’m happy to give a detailed list of food etc. to her new home and a starter pack if wished. It would be best for Rosie to be the only pet in the household. I also feel she would benefit from a smaller quiet family or person as she can find it daunting with too many options on whom to go to and seems to bond strongly with one person. At present she is not going for walks as having a harness and lead attached is too stressful for her so a good sized secure, dog friendly (digging areas) garden would be ideal, this may never change so you need to be prepared for a home comforts sort of dog.Prospective adopters are welcome to come visit her as often as they feel necessary in fact I think many visits would be best for all concerned. Help get Jessy on her way to a home, sofa, and real life

Urgent Fundraiser!!
This is Jessy a sweet little pup we had pulled from the disgusting kill shelter Mihailesti Bucharest a few months ago. She's been safe in shelter  since then and now her time has come to foster with our experienced puppy fosterer. A transport space came up quickly now Loraine has space and so she's due to travel this Friday!
£190 for her ticket to her new life is needed plus there will be money to pay for internal transport Sheffield Kennels to foster in Harrogate (transport volunteer required). We also must pay off her preparation passporting vaccines etc so approx £250 needed.
If anyone can spare a little something for Jessy please PAYPAL: https://www.paypal.me/AAInt ref JESSY
Please share and help get Jessy on her way to a home, sofa, and real life

Bailey needs your help!

Just look at this beautiful soppy friendly boy!
Bailey needs help! Just look at this beautiful soppy friendly boy. He has waited in a pen for over a year waiting for an opportunity to come to the UK for a chance at life. He was pulled him out of Mihailesti public shelter (a horrific death camp and one I will never forget visiting ) and so we have taken up the job of overseeing his future. He has a chance to go to a lovely rescue centre we know well for rehoming but we must raise his transport funds. Unsure of the exact cost right now as will depend on cost of internal uk transport to the centre on top of transport from Romania but with prep too looking at around the £300 mark.
We have been really struggling recently with donations. I know every rescue and cause always need help and I know there's only so much a person can give but without support on social media we just cannot do what we do. If you can spare ANYTHING f anyone can donate please paypal: https://www.paypal.me/AAInt ref Bailey and please share xx

Bunty is now ready for her forever home.

Bunty is now ready for her forever home. She has really come out of her shell since the first day she got here. She is approx. 4-5 years old, completely house and lead trained and very very loving. She was on the list to be killed in a kill shelter in Romania and had an offer only for it to fall through. Was were asked to take her and how could I refuse, look at that face.

She was terrified the first day but is coming round and thinking oh its ok here and has slept for England really soundly, snoring away most of the time. She loves cuddles and can live with another dog as is with four others here at mo. She is a little nervous of people on walks but I think that will pass as she has only been here a couple of weeks and has come on in leaps and bounds. Please share for her, she is fostered in London
