Poor little Arnold was dumped on the streets of Bucharest

Poor little Arnold was dumped on the streets of Bucharest and thankfully was found by a lovely Romanian who asked us to take him. We found out why as he has dysplasia and he is being treated with hydrotherapy and hopefully will avoid an operation. We have raised so far £200 but still need to raise need to raise a massive £300 approx. but this is for his treatment and prep and travel to the UK and we want to get him here before the harsh winter comes.
