Beautiful Frank arrived at his foster with a view to adopt last night. He was one of 25 dogs we took out of Uricani public shelter in Romania before Xmas, just as they were about to be killed. A kind sponsor who wants to remain anonymous is funding their stay but she saved their lives. We don't know what kind of life Frank had. He has cropped ears and tail and scars all over his face, poor boy. Yet still he is so loving and super friendly. We really need fosterers at the moment as we have so many dogs in need so if you can help please PM me. Frank is one of the lucky ones though and has made it to a new life.
