Pups found in a disused building being fed scraps in Romania

 

Ten days ago these pups were in a disused building being fed scraps in Romania with little hope for the future. The first picture shows them at their UK foster, where they arrived yesterday. It was a Xmas miracle that a very kind lady who wants to remain anonymous offered to pay their costs to come and wonderful Judy who offered them sanctuary in the UK. Between them and Mihaela who spotted them and gave them all their vaccs etc in the hope someone abroad would take them, these people literally saved 4 little lives. Fostering saves lives and fosters are the absolute backbone of rescue who get little credit and in my opinion the most important part of the process. AAI have a lot of dogs ready in January and are looking for good foster homes. These pups will be up for homing after Xmas with breed experienced people who have other resident dogs.
