"Hello just thought I’d give you a quick update on Gus... he is settling really well! It’s like he’s been with us forever! He loves a cuddle on the sofa and a nice long walk in the evening. He’s great when we eat and doesn’t beg, and he eats all his food nicely when given. He’s made his bed the sofa now which was funny when we found him sneaking into the Lounge in the middle of night. He was very proud of himself 
... he’s great with other dogs and has made friends with the black lab (storm) next door. We went on a two hour countryside walk with him and storm yesterday and the two of them loved playing in the fields. We’re starting proper training now with him that he has settled a little. So hopefully we will get some solid recall over the next month so he can play off the lead in secure fields!"
