Can you help Perky?

This is Perky who was fostered with me two years ago and went to what I thought was a very nice home . Alas he has returned two years later a nervous wreck and not the dog I knew at all. Thankfully after a couple of weeks in a home rehab he is doing really well and coming out of it but he will need an experienced foster home or forever home to go to. This is quite urgent as AAI dont really have the funds to cover £150 a week on an ongoing basis (which is super discounted for us) He is in Stoke on Trent and looking to go to someone who can further work with him and support will be given but I have to stress he is improving everyday he is out of where he was, Please share for him- experienced dog owners only!
