Today I met with the lovely Sue Williams and Dawn Ashley for a meeting in parliament regarding Tuks law. One of my rescues Dobby was put to sleep by the partner of the adopter when she died suddenly so this was very close to my heart. These ladies have made this happen and we hope that no other dogs like Dobby and Tuk will be needlessly put to sleep.
Today we met with Zac Goldsmith #DEFRA to discuss #TuksLaw and how we move forward with the campaign to ensure no animal is euthanised without having been scanned and all alternative options including rescue back up explored and honoured.
The meeting was incredibly positive and Zac supportive of our aims.
