This is little Floppy, taken out of the awful public shelter of Milhesti, his sibling didn't make it. Now a really good rescue in the UK has offered him a place for rehoming and we need to raise the funds for him to go £190 for transport and traces kennels and £60 for prep. Floppy can leave Romania and escape the horrible winter on 9th of Nov if this happens.
